Open GL not working on my Mac Mini?

I have the Mac Mini 2Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo and recently installed Photoshop CS5 and wanted to make use of view rotation but it says I need an Open GL
window. As far as I can tell I have the latest driver for my GMA950 which is SMC Version (system): 1.19f2.
