Apple has not updated the OpenGL framework/drivers for PPC macs since about 10.4.3., as they have on the Intel Macs and I have been told by Blizzard that this is a limiting factor on WoW performance on a PPC iMac Do you guys think they will in the near future, possibly on Leopard?

I don't think using those drives in the Intel update would've helped performance. It sounds like it was specifically for screen rotations.

Wasn't multi-threaded OpenGL added recently for Intel Macs? I think Apple didn't release that for the PPC. There are rumors that Apple might add PPC support to Leopard, but that's a rumor.

ohh sorry, it was only helpful to me cause of the video card I put into my power mac.
