Open Mail on startup but Hidden?

Hello everyone, is it possible to open the mail app when starting but so that it is hidden? I would like to have mail in the autostart, but shouldn't always show the window at startup.

I know there is a startup setting where you can select "Hide", but nothing happens.

Still I have not figured out how to start the Mail app hidden on macOS when the computer starts...
