open multi task app to the right side?

Using the three dots I touch the middle icon and then select the second app I want to open. The second app always opens to the left. Is there a way for it to open to the right instead?

Where those dots are, just slide the window over to the left side. It's also quicker and easier to activate multitasking (in my opinion).

Swipe on 3 dots down to the left the 2nd app will be open on the right, and vice versa.
