I installed open ssh from installer, I am wondering what the difference between open ssh in installer vs. cydia is? Would there be anything wrong with installing open ssh In cydia as well as installer?

They are the exact same thing. There would be no point in installing it twice.

I second this. Installer provides the definition of "worthless" nowadays. Cydia has everything you will need.
