Other Open Twitter links in Twitter app from Hangouts

Hi everyone!

I use the iOS Hangouts app all day and noticed that if somebody links a tweet in Hangouts, it will open in Chrome (or I can set it to open in Safari). Does anyone know how to get links to tweets to open in the Twitter app instead?
