I just upgraded to iOS 6 with the tethered redsn0w jailbreak from iOS 5.1.1. I used OpenBackup to back up my cydia sources, etc. so that I could easily transfer them back once I finished upgrading. I used the advance feature, so I have all of the .deb files on my desktop and I followed all of the instructions to reinstall them via OpenBackup, but it only reinstalled the first .deb file in the folder. I'm wondering if there is a fix for this, or some way I can install these things myself?

When going through the error log, it says the following:

dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting:
error writing 'stdout': Not a directory

UPDATE:

After clearing the error log and restarting my phone, I opened OpenBackup again and viewed the error log just to see if it had anything, and here is what it says:

dyld: DYLD_environment variables being ignored because main executable (//Applications/OpenBackup.app/OpenBackup_) is setuid or setgid

Does anyone know what this means?
