OpenBoardView

Complete newbie here.

I watch and enjoy the videos Paul Daniels posts on YouTube, and would like to play around with "OpenBoardView".
I have a Macbook pro A1278 (EMC 2554*) and have downloaded the app.
Where can i download the file for my board?

I have downloaded this software but I found an error when I'm just click on a .brd file so please can anyone provide me a better solution for resolving these errors.
