Ever since I installed opencore my options key stopped working. It shows only the opencore boot picker.

The problem is that I now can't boot from a USB stick.

How would i do that now?

Thanks, but I’ve gone through that. Running fine.

Once oclp is installed, the oclp boot picker does not let me use the options key anymore. It just goes through to the oclp boot picker.

I would have to say I'm stumped ....but a few questions for clarification. So you had the native Apple boot picker prior to using OpenCore correct? And you used OCLP to install OpenCore correct?

Pull out your opencore drive, your system will boot like a stock system holding down option, but you first have to put in a Mojave drive or older to boot into and a GPU with Mac efi. What are you trying to accomplish by holding down option and booting into a usb drive? if it’s a bootable stick the opencore bootloader will show it on boot. If you’re running OCLP and Ventura You may need a usb 3 hub to see the thumb drive. There is also a new way to flash your bootrom so it works holding option even with Opencore installed and non apple GPUs
