MP 1,1-5,1 Opencore Monterey USB Problems

Hello,
I am having problems when I unplug an input device, specifically a keyboard or mouse to the usb 2.0 ports on the 5,1 mac pro it will not be recognized by the computer. I have mapped the USB ports, I am doing something wrong, or is there a fix for this?

It's a known bug, it could help to route the USB devices thru a USB Hub.
