More than 80% of the cases was because the card was flashed (e.g. for OC, or downvolt, etc) by the last owner.

Around 15% are the factory ROM which has "broken" or missing UEFI GOP.

And about 5% is simply not compatible, or incorrect OC config, etc.

In your case, 99% the problem can be fixed by downloading a factory ROM from TechPowerUp, and flash your card back to factory state.

You may need to try a few different ROM, but almost all users has this problem can fix it by simply flashing the card with the factory ROM.

I mean can get orinco frame buffer
You can, but via OpenCore injection, not by modding the ROM.

Whenever you mod the ROM, you will break the UEFI GOP, which means, no more boot picker.

Also, unless you 100% sure Orinoco framebuffer fits your card, otherwise, leave it use RadeonFramebuffer usually is better.

@ h9826790 Thanks Your advice was solved the issue ,now boot picker was showing, bios was flashed to techpower up factory default after that it works fine .

Now need to increase the performance of the GPU ,RadeonFramebuffer was showing very low performance
