Hello all. I'm new to this forum and don't really know much about Apple etc.

I yesterday June(27) purchased an Apple TV Gen 3 from the Apple Store. Today I opened it and plugged it in and I didn't like it much. Is there any way I can give it back and return it to the Apple Store and get a refund?

Thanks all in advance.

When you purchase something, anything, always ask about the return policy. #1 lesson my momma taught me.

With that said, I think there is a 30 day return policy.

I know, very silly of me but its too late now + I thought I'd keep the device as I thought there would be a Jail Break for it.

Even if I have opened it? + will I get cash back or will they give me a gift card. PS. I am from the UK.

Since you're from the UK, I'm not sure. But usually these companies are very good about customer satisfaction. Nothing to do but try...right? You may want to check the return policy at the apple website. I am sure the store would be the same policy. You have your receipt?
