I'm trying to run a Classic game on my Mac. I've been running Chubby Bunny (an all-in-one version of Sheepshaver), but after installation, I've run into this error message:
The weird thing is, the disc I used for the game included a GL install, which seemed to be the latest version (1.2.1) that runs on OS 9. The following files are visible in my Extensions folder: OpenGL Engine, OpenGL Library, OpenGL Memory, OpenGL Memory, OpenGL Renderer, OpenGL RendererATI, & OpenGL Utility, so it seems like it should work.
I guess I could have a driver missing, but I have no idea where to find drivers that'll work for OS 9, since I'm running Snow Leopard on an Intel-based system.
Here are the details on my graphics card:
Can I get that driver somehow, or is it a problem with OpenGL?
I'm really at a loss here.
OpenGL reported that no 3D acceleration was available. Please make sure you have the latest version of OpenGL, and the appropriate drivers for your card.
