iPhone Opening NC makes page scroll up

Before iOS 7 this wasn't happening and now when I pull down NC, page scrolls up, like I touch StatusBar. Is there a tweak or option(Editing files with iFile, etc.) to change this?

my phone doesn't scroll up the page when i pull down the notification center. you sure you don't have a tweak that is causing this behavior?

Nope, it was like this before jailbreak too. Also I restored 2 times at 7.0.4, no change.

Are you by chance tapping the status bar and not actually just sliding down from the top of your screen?

No. Sometimes it scrolls up but sometimes it doesn't, I don't get how it does, tried several times and it's random.
