iPad Opinion on ippro 2017 and 9th gen ?

Was cheking out the specs on my new iPad on gsmarena.com and saw under "opinions" 2 ppl compared it with the ippro problem from 2017's model. Confused on what they meant..Is there any truth to this? Thanks in advance
