iPhone 14, 4 months old, running latest OS, I've noticed a few times; the first time I try using the phone on any particular day, I get CALL FAILED. That may be a coincidence, but that's what I've noticed. Never happened that I recall with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Provider is Total By Verizon AKA TracFone Wireless.
