I checked out/examined this backpack at my local Office Max ($80) and found it for $50 on Amazon + free shipping. Overall the reviews are really good and I am tempted to buy it. I'll be carrying my Macbook (soon) with me to campus.

Opinions/Criticism/Suggestions are welcome.

Thanks!

One of my friends actually has that bag. I used it once, all the cushion on the back of it is nice. I think your macbook would be safe in it.

I actually bought this bag from Circuit City. I was pretty excited when I got it but when my wife looked at me with the bag on she said I looked funny. I'm 5'5" and the bag seemed too big, she used the example of Dora the Explorer. If this might be a problem for you be sure to have another person take a look when you are wearing it. Otherwise the bag was very well made and quite roomy. I was bummed to take it back. :)

I was actually thinking about that. Would I look like a turtle with it on? Hmm...yeah I'll have to head back and try it on. I placed an order on Amazon already. Arrives Tuesday :)

I just got that backpack ... and its AWESOME ! that is the only thing that I can tell you. its big you have a lot of room for stuff I use it everyday to go to work and your MBP will be very protective. Very well made.

I would recommend this one with my eyes close.

enjoy your new Backpack and better deal when you can get it for half of the price huh ....

Well it came out to $61 with 2nd day air. I would choose the free shipping + $2.50 off promo they are having (so less than $48!!) but I need to head home after finals and was afraid it would be cutting close. Still $61 isn't bad considering Office Max is asking $80 without tax

But that's for the opinion. That made me reassure the backpack was a good choice.
