It was a typical beautiful October day in sunny central Florida that turned into a day of heartful sorrow as my precisous Macbook Pro slipped helplessly from my hands to an ear pounding thud on the carpeted floor below. Stunned and amazed at my unimaginable carelessness I grasped helplessley at the shiny silver case. As my heart pounded I noticed the lower right back corner dented and the surrounding metal twisted and bend in unnatural directions.

Eager as the day I got my beloved machine I open the lid to inspect the damage. Life appeared. I came alive, resurrected from the horror the befell my eyes. Everything seemed to bark alive. The screen, superdrive, camera, everything seemed as nothing had happened.

There was much rejoicing, a parade, celebration at the strength of my beloved Macbook, she has survived, and is battle hardened.

I thought I would add some humor to my otherwise grim day. However, I found a real good repair shop that will take out the creases and make it look new again for less that $200.00, and best of all I have it back the same afternoon. I've taken out most of the damage, and it's noticeable but not that bad.

By the way I dropped it from about chest high. God was certainly looking out for me! Besides that fact I work at a church!
