Hey guys, I have a high end audio setup for enjoyment (not work) so I purchsed this Douk converter but I sometimes boot into Windows 11 and the volume is very low there with this.

Is there another alternative device that I can use mainly in macOS and that will allow me to control the volume with the volume up and down in macOS like the Douk does?

According to the Amazon page you linked to, that Douk needs a driver under Windows.
I have this https://hifimediy.com/product/hifime-ut23-usb-to-optical-spdif-converter/ Works very nicely, and yes the macOS volume controls work. Not tried it under Windows, my 5.1 has optical out.

Thanks for that. The Douk doesn't need drivers for Windows, their Amazon page is wrong. I have tried to find some obscure drivers and that didn't fix issue either :(

I will take a look at that brand you linked. I do need Coaxial so I can do 192kHz/24bit.
