Apologies if this has been covered already. Is the new optimized battery charging in Big Sur smart enough to understand if your Macbook is always connected to power? In which it will always keep it at some battery level below 100%?

How did you get that? I tried on my MBP 13"early 2015 and it always charges all the way up to 100% no matter what settings I change.

Ya mine did too, until one day I unplugged it and it drained below 80% and when I plugged it back in, that's what it did. So I guess try draining it below 80% and see.
