This is likely a daft thing to ask however I just want to clarify.
I've pretty much maxed out the storage on my iPhone (thanks to my lack of photos/videos culling) so, naturally, I'm getting the "Not Enough Device Storage" alert asking me whether or not I'd like to "Optimize iPhone Storage".
Question: If I choose to "Optimize iPhone Storage" on my iPhone and then I go to, let's say, Instagram or Google Photos (or any non-Apple media sharing site) where I proceed to post a photo or video-clip, that post will be a low-res thumbnail copy and will appear as such to to anyone who sees it (especially to those viewing from large HD monitor, much to my chagrin), correct?
Thanks.
I apologize in advance if this has already been asked numerous times before.
