option-cmd-W close all windows in finder causes finder to crash the first time

Anyone else experienced this? What's the cause? I go option-cmd-w, finder crashes, relaunches itself, then I do it again and this time the windows close as they should. Works like that every single time. Not a huge deal, but annoying.

Mac Pro 3,1 2.8 x 8. Mountain Lion .3

Look at the crash log. See if any hardware is continually mentioned, which might suggests it's at fault.
Look for any third-party software listed in the "Binary Images" section, which might suggest it's at fault.

Looks like it always crashes on this line:
libsystem_c.dylib 0x00007fff915391e1 thread_start + 13

Can't figure out much from the binaries section, due to lack of knowledge, and the one thousand things listed there
