hey people, i recently bought an iphone, and i remember watching a video on youtube a while ago about an app where you can choose which company you're calling and which numbers/options you can dial to speak directly to a call agent instead of listening through all the options and picking them.

just in case that sounds confusing, what i mean is when you call e.g. your internet provider and want to speak to someone straight away instead of listening to:

"press 1 if you're thinking of leaving us, press 2 if you have a fault with your service, press 3 if you're awaiting an engineer or would like to book an engineer, or press the pound key for any other queries", and then they give you another set of options, etc.

my question to you all is... DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THE APP WAS CALLED? lol, sorry, i've been searching for about an hour on forums and google and youtube and can't seem to find anything to help me...

No, there was some app that would get you directly to a human for 800 #s by dialing a more direct number. I remember hearing about this, but don't remember what it was called :rolleyes:
