I want Ubuntu to run top of Mac using virtual . but, oracle virtual box is giving error like,
"System Acceleration Settings: The hardware virtualization is enabled in the Acceleration section of the system although it is not supported from the host system. It should be disabled in order to start the visual system.".

Any way to install Ubundu on virtual at Mac M1?

The VirtualBox developers have stated that they are only interested in developing for x86. They are never doing an Apple silicon version.

You can get commercial VM software from Parallels that supports Ubuntu (Arm64). Or you can look for open source software that also works. UTM is one choice.

Ubuntu has its own virtualization product called Multipass. I use it on my Intel Mac. Much faster than Virtual box.

They don't yet have a version for M1 Macs but they claim to be working on it.
