while Kevin Russell, chief executive of 3 UK, said this week that the country’s smallest operator also expected to sell Apple’s handset by mid-2010.

Putting aside my personal thoughts on 3, surely they'll have to offer better deals on the iPhone? Otherwise it'll stick out like a sore thumb in their shops.
