iPhone X Order completed, but no email and not showing in recen orders?

does anyone having the same thing? I have completed the iUP order and got an order number, delivery on 21st.
However when i go into my orders it says there’s no recent order, and i haven’t got any confirmation emails yet.
I assume it’s just a delay?
Should i be worried?

Same for me... yet my watch order went through and got an email and shows up which I placed after...

It does show this in my upgrade eligibility though...

Yeah, I got an email for one phone and not for another. May be just be processing.

Edit: Both are showing in recent orders, so, sure it’s an email issue.

Give it time before worrying. They are getting millions of orders at the same time.

Same with me. Both of my watch orders are showing...but no phone!
