Due to pretty extreme indecisiveness I have gone back and forth in a vicious cycle of placing and canceling various iPhone 14 Pro (Max) orders—I think around eight in total. Yes, I have problems.

After finally deciding that I want the additional battery life and that 1TB of storage would probably be excessive (both cost and use-wise), I settled on a Space Black iPhone 14 Pro Max with 512GB of storage, with an estimated delivery window of Oct. 21-28.

The only issue is that the order doesn’t appear in my Apple Online Store order history (following the link embedded in the order number that came with the confirmation email does, interestingly, open the Store app and take me directly to my current order page, progress bar and all). Should I be concerned that the order isn’t appearing in my history as normal, or is it enough that I can still access the order information, even if it’s a bit convoluted getting there? Has anyone else encountered this issue or something similar after ordering from the Online Store?

What happens if you use apple.com/orderstatus?

Don't sign in, use the order number and your email address. Regardless, I would call Apple.
Thank you for the link, I was able to successfully pull up my order information without signing in. I also called Apple and was able to get a rundown of my order via the automated system. Everything there too seemed normal so I didn’t bother pressing further and speaking with a live representative.

I guess I will just keep an eye on it and hope for the best for now. Thanks again. :)
