Order status page down for everyone or just me?

I've been trying to check my nMP order status (as it's now 2 weeks and 1 day after I was quoted 2-3 weeks to dispatch) but I keep getting a screen that says:

We're Sorry
We are busy updating Order Status for you and will be back shortly.

Is the order status page down for everyone, or just me? Is this a sign that I might be seeing "preparing for dispatch" soon?

It's back now, so you can check your dispatch note, sadly I'm still on 'processing items'.

I was quoted 2 - 3 weeks for dispatch as well (for a BTO), with an estimated delivery of 9th June - 13th June.

Weirdly it only actually took them 5 days to ship it, so now UPS has a delivery date of 28th May, 12 - 16 days earlier than they told me originally. Not sure why, but I'm not complaining.

Wow that's great. When did you order? I ordered my BTO on May 18, quoted 2-3 weeks with ETA of June 5th- 11th. Still on "Processing Items" as of today. Would be awesome if I get it early.

Ordered the same day as you, May 18th (was the entry level model with 512GB SSD). Was being shipped to the UK which is why the ETA is slightly longer than yours.

It turned to "Preparing for Dispatch" on May 21st and was dispatched on May 23rd, so now I'm waiting for UPS

Interestingly (and could have been a coincidence), but it turned to "Preparing for Dispatch" just a couple of hours after I phoned them up and asked if there was any faster shipping I could upgrade to (there wasn't).

It's quite annoying that you managed to jump ahead of me, I ordered 9 days earlier and am still at 'processing order'. Perhaps we can work out what part is in short supply by comparing specs? Mine is 6 cores, 12 Gb, 512Gb, D300s.

OP, Mine is the entry 6 core (16gb, d500's) but upgraded to 512GB. At the time all the stocks were quoted as 1-2 weeks, as soon as I upgraded the flash storage it bumped me to 2-3 weeks. Apple put a hold on my card on the 20th and today it mysteriously disappeared from my account Might mean something!

Mine is identical except it's the quad core instead of the 6 core.

Worth a try, give them a call All I asked them was if there was any way to get better shipping than "Standard Shipping" (which is all they offered to the UK) and he just said they'd try to ship it as soon as possible.

If I remember, they placed a hold on my card on the same day it moved to "Preparing for Dispatch", then it became an actual charge the day after it shipped.
