Hi, I ordered my 12.9” 256GB iPad Pro on the 1st of May and my app shows delivery between 3rd and 18th June but I’m still stuck on order processing…

I’m in NZ and I know others have already gotten their preorder.

Mate, the Apple site had issues with my payment method and in the 15 minutes it took for me to sort it out, it went from 25th May to 3rd June. So annoyed.

Yeah it happened to me too. What a terrible experience. Apple Store’s system got problem at the first 15 minutes and it kept declining my credit card in Apple Pay. What’s worse - it also cleared the shopping cart after payment ’failure’. Fortunately, since I added the model I wanted to buy as ‘Favorite’ I could quickly add it back to the cart and check out again. That struggle went on for 10-15 minutes and I was finally able to place my order.

My local Apple Stores had quite some stock on the launch day which made me wonder what was the point of pre-ordering. The first day stock were there for most of the day time. Of course, after this first batch of stock was gone, everything including in-store pick up slipped to July again - but I heard that there should be some stocks for reserve in the morning.

The only reason I preordered was to get it early and use my student discount…

Not to worry. I got mine and it was 'processing' until like 2 days before. It will be well worth the wait. The screen is amazing !!!

ordered 1.5. (12,9”, 1tb) and still processing, estimated time frame 15.-29.6. A bit annoying! (no, Apple Store here.)

My main supplier (B&H) has all the 11" models in stock so I just canceled my Apple Store order and upgraded to a 2TB model that will get here tomorrow.

My order is stuck in processing, too. Supposed to get delivered Jun 23 to Jul 3. Cancelled it last night and ordered (12.9 128 GB cellular) for pick up today at a store.

Apple Stores are getting stock regularly. I rarely buy online anymore - at least for iPads. Anyone still stuck processing should check that out, if there is a store near you.

Local dealer, no Apple stores in my country. The dealer I ordered from had it on pre-order few days after everyone else had.
Ordered 07.05. and still processing.
Checking their store says that processing time is 6-8 weeks, during order there was no time estimate, last week they added this info about 6-8 week processing time.
Go figure if its from the date I ordered or from the date they realised that they missed(?) the initial batch and everyone who ordered from them will have to wait additional 6-8 weeks on top.
Other retailers supposedly had some limited stock, sold it out and now have up to 35 working days lead time on either all or certain 12.9 models or even 11 iPP!

Oops, sorry, I missed that you were in New Zealand. I'm surprised you don't have one there, they are in nearby Australia.
I agree. It’s quite surprising. Our population and amount of money spent here along with being a tourism destination pre covid surely means that we could support at least one in our largest city.
