Well, I Finally decided to take the plunge.
After owning a 20" iMac, which I liked, I decided to replace it with a 15.4" Macbook Pro. The MBP was HOT, but not in a good way
. It was burning hot, and had lots of problems. I decided to return it. I was Macless ever since (7 Months ago!)
So today I ordered a spankin' new 24" iMac, loaded with 500GB hard drive, 2GB RAM and a geforce 7600GT. The sales person at MacMall was very kind and helped me through the long order process - I live in Israel, but ordered from the states (It's cheaper for me that way).
I also added an 80Gb iPod Video to the party, along with a dock and a camera connector. Last but not least - I added a Canon Elura 100 camcorder from Amazon.com (My old Canon ZR20 has been dead for years now, and I have no way of working with all tapes on the new iMac).
I REALLY can't wait for it to get here already!
