iPhone ordered iphone 5 verizon 64gb. will it be 6.1.3? Non jailbreak tweak for hotspot?

I have unlimited plan data with Verizon and they dont enable hotspot.

I just ordered the phone today 64gb iphone 5. Most likely will be 6.1.3 (darn!). How to enable hotspot.

Just hopinh 6.1.3 jailbreak comes out soon!!

You can't without jailbreaking or buying it from Verizon.

It has a chance because 64gb is not a popular option for most people. But I think the new iPhone 5's that come in stock with 6.1.3 will be stacked in front of the ones with 6.1.2 or lower.
