iPod ordered ipod touch off macmall 2 weeks ago!?

ok so my friend ordered an ipod touch off macmall about 2 weeks ago...
he got the confirmation number from macmall and confirmation from paypal that the money has been tansferred.
but its been 2 weeks, the item order number doesnt exist in the macmall system (therefore cant track it) and customer service by phone hasnt been working out.
we have both called macmall, waited about 20 minutes on speaker phone a few times, every time ending in then hanging up.
has anyone had the same problem or is there any solution to me/ my friend's problem??

Reminds me never to shop at MacMall. You can also go to www.resellerratings.com and look up MacMall and write a review; MacMall does read the reviews and it may help. Just say you're very dissatisfied and give details. However be warned that the ratings on MacMall are not good at reseller ratings. Definitely complain to PayPal, although they aren't likely to help you.
