Welp, I took the plunge and bought a brand new 27" i5 last week. The 2nd to be exact. I ordered it with the free Microsoft Office which increased the ships in date to 1-3 business days, and I also bought the 2-3 day express shipping. Well its been 4 business days (correct me if I'm wrong) and it still hasn't shipped. I already got my iPod and a few other accessories that i ordered with it. So what gives? I really doubt that Microsoft Office would take 3 business days to preinstall to a Mac... Currently it says on Fedex that it's estimated to be delivered from July 7 to July 12th. The big problem is that I'm going cross country for vacation on the 13th and nobody will be home to get the iMac if it comes in after that. So I guess I'm asking, if it still hasn't been shipped (not even prepared) do you think it will get here by July 12th?

Bump, so it's finally being prepped for shipping. But still hasn't been sent out yet... Anybody know the policies regarding apples so called express 2-3 day shipping? Will they deliver on Saturdays? If they don't meet the projected time frame of shipment is there anything I can do? Money back guarantee or anything?
