Ordering prints from the uk.

Hi. I have used the print store from the photo app with no issues in the past. I want to order some prints and, having asked for my credit card details, it informs me that this is a UK card and if I want to order prints I will have to order again from the UK store. As far as I know I HAVE been ordering from the UK store. The prices quoted are in UK £s, and there was no issue on my previous orders. When I go into app store preferences it comes up as the UK store. My previous order was pre-christmas last year. Has something changed?
Have I missed something?
Anyone know what is going on?
