Has anyone here ordered their MBP on Amazon? any update on order status if so? Sounds kinda vague when they planned to have them in stock/ship any units.

Friend ordered on Amazon last week, he says it is out for delivery between 2-3pm today according to the tracker. In the UK.

Same here! Ordered a maxed out 16" on Amazon on the 21st. Order status hasn't changed since - not dispatched, waiting patiently ?

He just sent me a pic, arrived as expected around 2pm, base model 14".

What's dissapointing about ordering from a retailer other than Apple is it's rare to get the configuration you really want if you don't want the base model. BHPhoto is better than the others about this. If it's not the configuration you want.... you really should just be willing to wait, you have to live with it for years.
