Organize Apps On Springboard Windows Software??

Hi,

1. I was wondering does anyone know of a windows software program that makes it easier to organize the location of apps on the iphone springboard??

I've seen a software like this available for mac computers and I can't remember the name of it right now, but I'm not sure if there was a windows version available.

2. Also, I have the "Categories" jailbroken app which works good, but is there another app similar to "Categories" that works better??

I've tried using iTunes; it's alright...but there has to be a better software out there specifically made for just organizing apps.
