Just bought an original ATV off a MR member -- good seller Ray.

First time ATV user. I want to take a rented movie to my parents house to watch it on the ATV. Is that possible?

If i rent a movie and transfer it to my ATV, can I physically move the ATV to another location to play it back?

Or does it have to be connected to the network in my home to work?

It should work yes, but make sure you begin to watch the movie on your ATV while it still has an Internet Connection. This will force it to download the necessary license. Then you'll be able to move it.

I haven't tried this and it's all theoretical, but I'm pretty confident.
