Do you still have the original AT&T unlimited data plan?

My phone plan with ATT is Nation 900 with Rollover w/A-list , Unlimited Text and Unlimited Data. (I do exist!) My bill is usually $107 monthly for just 1 line.

I usually purchase my phones outright instead of using the ATT Next Plan or the Apple Upgrade Program. Should I upgrade to the new Unlimited Plan and purchase the phone outright or should I keep my plan and just purchase the phone outright?
