Hey guys....i really fell out of the loop with the iphone when the 3g version came out back in july....i have the original and am still in love with it....its jailbroken with iliberty+, i was wondering should i update to the latest firmware? and if so, how do i undo the jailbreak? or can i jailbreak with a recent program that has new programs?

Quickpwn allows you to have Cydia (the 2.0+ equivalent of Installer), unlocked, and activated.
However, it will still allow you to use your iPhone every way Apple intended it to be used (including iTunes App Store)

I would recommend actually using WinPwn and build your own IPSW using advance mode. It has more options.

They don't have a new version of winpwn yet for the 2.2 firmware, so that isn't even an option. use pwnagetool if you are on a mac.

They don't?
I wouldn't know. I only use pwnagetool (since I use a mac)

I guess quickpwn is your best option. The problem is that you might need to download bootneuter from Cydia afterwards to unlock your phone (incase your baseband gets updated)

That is the newest QuickPwn (the other poster has an old one)
