iPod Original iPod (1st Gen) Screen

After nearly 10 years my very first iPod's screen (Original, 1st gen, 5GB, firewire) has stopped working. The iPod still works fine, plays music, "clicks" through menus, holds a charge, even the screen backlight works. Does anyone here know if I can get a replacement screen for it or have it repaired?

I'd love to get it fully working for the 10th Anniversary of the launch!
