Original sims games + expansions

Just purchased the Original sims games + all 7 expansions over eBay for 30 bucks!! Thank you American dollar!!

Anyone still play or prefer the older sims games??

I don't play anymore (It's too old to run on my computer... ), but I do prefer the original game. I didn't like managing the aspirations in later games, I wanted to fulfill my own, personal aspirations.

Nice, especially if you have a Mac that can boot OS9 to install the original game. I think most of the expansions can install in OS9 and OSX.

Aspyr did a re-release, "The Sims Complete", which was just what you've bought, but on 1 or 2 DVDs. And the installer ran in OSX.

The Sims 1 has a Carbon option. I actually played The Sims 1 last month on my 2.66Ghz mid-2008 iMac with the latest Snow Leopard.

Yeah, I knew that. But, I have the original disc and don't want to pay for it again as I don't have much time to play in college.
