Orignal Carrier File?

I was trying to get mms to work on my phone (3.1) and visual voicmail isn't working. I download the file from this thread, https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/724086/, and tried to go back to the old carrier file but I'm still seeing the tethering option and mms under Cellular Data Network. Any advice on how to get the original file back?

I'm bumping this because I realized that it's not updating the carrier file, it says it's still at 5.0. Not sure why it's not downgrading.

Cause 5.0 came with the 3.1 upgrade. 5.1 will more and likley be the carrier file that will open MMS.

The many other carrier files out there showing 5.0 were "hacked" carrier files.

If your messages area doesn't show the camera your fine.

I'm not getting alerts when I have a new voicemail, and I still have the tethering option.
