os 10.6.3 on old imac

Hi. I just bought the new imac 27". I want to install the OS 10.6.3 that come with it to my old imac (version 10.4.11, 1.83 ghz, intel core 2 duo, 512 mb, 667mhz). It is possible to reboot it with the new OS ?

No, as the grey Restore DVDs are machine/model specific and will only work on the exact same model you have.
