OS 4, Adobe Air and Zino !!!

Since in OS 4 Apple will no longer approve apps that have been compiled with CS5 (Flash), My question is this .... IS Adobe Air .... some kind of Flash that requires CS5 (or before) to compile ? if so ... Will OS 4 accept Adobe Air ...

If the answer is NO .... then is this the end of Zinio on the iPad and iPhone ??
Zinio uses Adobe Air for its reader ....

Anyone have an idea ?

I bet Zinio is working on a non flash reader to appease Apple since the iPad is turning into a big hit for them.

So I guess the Zinio Reader for iPad and iPhone is a problem for OS 4 then ?
