OS 9.3 Public Beta to iOS 9.3 Official Release (still have "feedback" app)?

My question is essentially in the title. Just installed the official release of ioS 9.3 OTA. I had 9.3 beta revision 7 before but still see the feedback app. is this a bug?

This is the first beta I every participated in with iOS, so if this is normal, forgive me.

Do you still have the beta profile installed? If so, you can delete it and that should do away with the Feedback app as well.
