[OS High Sierra - Safari] extension hijacks Safari

I have the Extension Honey on my extensions list in Safari and it works fine + very helpful in finding promo codes. My issue is every time I open Safari, it automatically opens another tab (besides the home page tab) asking me to rate or login to their site. How can I prevent this from happening?
