OS X 10.11.2 YouTube Fullscreen Issue

Hi guys...ever since updating to 10.11.2 I am having issues with fullscreen YouTube videos...the screen will go fullscreen, but the video itself only appears in the upper right corner...I have tried using the Developer menu and changing the user agent, but that doesn't fix it.

Anyone else having this issue?

When I fullscreen YouTube in the latest version of Safari on 10.11.2, it sometimes stays in the top left corner, unscaled, and the controls go to the bottom left corner. I have freezing issues with HTML5 video (which YouTube uses) so I figured it was related to this:

Sometimes it goes to fullscreen correctly. Chrome always does. I'm using a mid-2015 rMBP
