Hi There,

I would like to create disk image of iMac (10.4.11 & 10.5.6) workstations to reinstall other workstations. Could anyone give some solid steps to do this process? I was trying to use Disk Utility, but it takes more than an hour to create a corrupted image. Is there any best third party Disk Utility with better performance?

Crude but simple: Use "dd" from the terminal.
