I have a user, currently only one who has a 10.8 OS X client and is connecting to are linux samba server (version 3.6.9) He is able to authenticate to the server , mount the drive and access data and copy data to/from it. When he uses any applications (office, image J) to navigate to the share it says "Connection Failed"
& the Connect As button does nothing. I have seen this behavior before but have not sure what the fix is for it.
Any Help would be Welcome.
