Where do I find the DVD Player in OS X ?? I have a G4 with an ATI 8500 Radeon video card. When I search for DVD, all that comes up is the OS 9 DVD Player.

Thanks :)

If you do, it's in Hard Drive > Applications
In there is "DVD Player".

If it's not there, then most likely it was either moved or deleted.

No DVD-ROM drive yet..... want to make sure I have the software to use it once I get it.

Will the software automatically install itself once a DVD-ROM is installed??

OSX will (some of the time) install apps that are specific to your machine, so if you don't have a DVD-ROM drive in your computer when you first installed OSX, then you're either going to have to reinstall or somehow extract the DVD Player.app from the install discs in order to get it working.
